  • Now let's pay attention to the effective wavelength
  • -cWL/0.500/0.602/0.500/0.500_AutoCAL 
    • see that cWLgreen =was set at 0.602 by AutoCAL 
    • WLgreen=577.76 nm
  • this seems to suit the calibration quite well
  • increase  or decrease cWLgreen  , and inspect the result
    • like cWLgreen =0.50 (see below)
    • like cWLgreen =0.70 (see below)
cWLgreen =0.50 at mid-waveband
  • WLgreen=569.50 nm is too short
    • as illustrated by the Z2 vs Z3 insert:
    • Kgreen is too low
Notice that the Z1,2,3 vs Z4 are not affected
 
cWLgreen =0.70
  • WLgreen=585.70 nm is too long
    • as illustrated by the Z2 vs Z3 insert:
    • Kgreen is too high
Notice that the Z1,2,3 vs Z4 are not affected
