average bottom reflectance: image B bright bottoms are very scarce 4SM depends on them for optical calibration most bottoms are quite dark indeed: thin sediment layer covered with green seagrasses dark rhodolith beds rocky aeolinate ridges are covered in very dark brown and green algae	image NDR: Green/Brown bottoms brown bottoms would appear to denote the aeolianite rock basement, most often covered in brown vegetation (algae) green bottoms would appear to denote the thin sedimentary cover, most often covered in green vegetation (seaweeds) Bad system noise shows off!!!!!!!!

for seatruth, avoid using alien pixels masked at 1 (green)

depth results over very dark bottoms at depth where modeling by Green against Purple and Blue are questionable, to say the least, as green signal is virtually extinct
